All botulinum are non-returnable (cannot be returned), so before ordering this product, make sure you know how to use it and what it looks like; if any other item/items do not suit you, you can return them within 30 days, and we will refund you! Before returning the items, please write to us about returning them in the Contact section via the CONTACT FORM. 
All returned items must be in the original, unopened, tidy packaging, unused, undamaged and by the same courier that delivered the order. The buyer is responsible for the packaging and transportation of returned goods.
